Report from the road: We are heading into our last week of shows with
Joe Satriani. All in all it has been a fantastic ride! Every show has
been sold out and filled with lovers of all things guitar. Special thanks
to Joe "I Just Wanna Rock" Satriani and band, his GREAT road crew, and

5/5/08 - Steve has signed an endorsment deal
with Framus. Steve will be using the The Dragon series amp, 100 watts,
3 channels of pure EL34 whoop ass, along with 4x12 Celestion vintage 30
cabinets.
Also Steve will be using a Framus Mayfield Custom guitar.

5/1/08 - Deeper Than the Blues Rolls on. Report
from the road: So far so good, the shows are going well, the new songs
are cool, and the band is kicking ass every night. We are looking forward
to the UK shows, the support for Y&T as we get ready to join Joe Satriani
for 9 shows. Oh yeah we have a ton of our own shows to do as well! It's
going to be a busy 6 weeks! More shows added for the end of May and early
June. Will post them asap.

Concert Dates & Record
release.
Following the success of The Steve Fister Bands “Live
Bullets” CD,
the new studio release, "Deeper than the Blues”, will be released
April 11 on ZYX/Pepper Cake Records Europe. The “Deeper Than The
Blues” tour will run from April 17 to June 13, with
stops in Germany, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, and the UK.
The band will also be special guests on the Joe Satriani European Tour
08 - see the Tour Dates page for specific dates and locations.
Joining Steve will be Barend Courbois on bass and Hans in 't Zandt on drums.

The new Steve Fister Band CD, "Deeper Than The Blues" is finished!
Steve just approved the the final mastering, and reports that, "I very
proud of Deeper Than the Blues and I'm looking very forward to having everybody
hear the new record". A very special thanks to my friend Walter
Trout for
making a guest appearance on the track, "You Can't Always Get What You
Want". (THANKS WALTER!) Look for a March 08 release, with a tour to follow.

just got home from Europe after our summer tour. We had a great time
playing the shows. A big thank-you to our old and new friends in Germany
and Holland! On our 2 days off we managed to record some basic tracks
for the new studio record, and sneak in meetings with our A&R man
from our label ZYX, (Koch / Pepper Cake in the US) our booking agencies,
and our manager Andrew. Special thanks to the folks at BluesMoose Radio www.bluesmoose.nl for
a great time! And yes I will be looking forward to hosting my own radio
show! (Details announced soon)
With much gratitude and appreciation I wish to thank our production manager
Henny Lathouwers and our FOH mixer Marcel "Wolf" van Staveren for keeping
the show on the road. And last but not least special thanks to my great
rhythm section Barend and Hans! (This is only the beginning!)
